What is Todoist?

Todoist is a voice input add‑on for the popular task manager that lets you capture to‑dos simply by speaking. It listens to your spoken notes, transcribes them into text, understands dates and labels, and then automatically creates tasks in your Todoist projects.

How to use Todoist?

  1. Open the Todoist app and tap the Ramble voice button.
  2. Speak your task including any due date or project details, then stop recording.
  3. Ramble transcribes your speech and creates a new task in the appropriate project with the correct metadata.
  4. Review your new tasks in Todoist and edit if needed.
