What is dobenchmark?
dobenchmark answers “can my PC run it?” with component-level results instead of one vague score. Pick a game, enter your CPU, GPU, RAM, and free storage, and see how each part stacks up against published minimum and recommended requirements. CPU and GPU names are mapped to comparable benchmark data so newer entry-level parts are not mistaken for older high-end ones. RAM and storage checks stay separate because extra disk space cannot fix missing memory. It runs entirely in the browser with no scanner download or account.
How to use dobenchmark?
- Open dobenchmark and choose the PC game you want to play.
- On the game page, select your CPU and GPU models (use full model names, including laptop variants).
- Enter installed RAM and available storage on the drive where you will install the game.
- Review minimum and recommended results component by component.
- Use Close or failing parts as a cue to lower settings or plan an upgrade before you buy.
Core Features
- Component-level results — Separate pass/fail for CPU, GPU, RAM, and storage instead of one mysterious total.
- Minimum and recommended tiers — See both requirement levels side by side for clearer upgrade decisions.
- Benchmark-aware mapping — Compare published CPU/GPU names using sourced benchmark data, not name guesswork.
- Browser-only — No PC scanner download; you choose hardware manually for transparency.
- No account required — Check compatibility immediately without sign-up.
- Growing game catalog — Browse dedicated requirement pages for current and upcoming PC titles.
- Honest unknowns — Marks unmatched hardware as Unknown rather than inventing a pass or fail.
Use Cases
- Pre-purchase check — Confirm your rig meets requirements before buying a new PC game.
- Upgrade planning — Identify which component is holding you back for a targeted upgrade.
- Laptop vs desktop — Select the exact mobile GPU/CPU so laptop power limits are not misread as desktop parts.
- Settings guidance — If you pass minimum but miss recommended, start on low/medium and raise one option at a time.
- Shared PCs — Quickly compare a friend or family machine against a title without installing a scanner.
