What is Song Finder?
Song Finder is a free browser workspace for naming tracks from the clues you already have. Upload a clip, paste a supported media URL, or record nearby audio and run it through a chain of independent recognition engines. When you only remember a lyric line or a mood, dedicated lyric and mood tools pick up from there. Local editors for trim, denoise, normalize, EQ, and speed/pitch stay on your device so you can clean a clip before matching. Results typically include title, artist, album context, confidence, and listening links when available.
How to use Song Finder?
- Open Song Finder and choose upload, paste a media URL, or record live audio.
- Optionally trim or clean the clip with the local audio tools so the melody is clear.
- Run recognition and review title, artist, album art, and streaming links when a match is found.
- If there is no match, try another 10–30 second segment or use Lyric Finder / Mood Finder.
- Use BPM & Key Finder or other analysis tools when you need tempo, key, or related music data.
