Innogath

Open Site

Innogath is an AI research workspace that turns any topic into a branching, visual knowledge tree instead of a linear chat log. It lets researchers, students, and analysts conduct deep research with cited sources, auto-generate visual diagrams of how ideas connect, and write structured notes — all in one connected workspace. It's built for anyone doing serious research who needs to go beyond a single ChatGPT conversation and actually organize, branch, and export their findings.

What is Innogath?

Innogath is an AI-powered research workspace that replaces the linear chat log with a branching, spatial knowledge tree. When you ask a question, Innogath conducts deep research across 1,000+ trusted web sources, cross-references them, and delivers a structured report with inline citations you can verify. Every report auto-generates an interactive visual canvas — a diagram of how your ideas and findings connect — and clicking any node in the canvas opens a new branched research page that inherits all parent context. You can upload PDFs, paste YouTube links, or add web pages as source material, and the AI analyzes your documents alongside web research. A rich-text notebook lets you pull insights from any branch and export as Markdown, PDF, or DOCX with all citations intact. Four chat modes — Auto, Fast, Thinking, and Deep Research — let the system pick the right depth for your question or let you choose manually.

How to use Innogath?

  1. Start a free project — no credit card required, projects free forever.
  2. Type your research topic or question in the workspace to kick off a Deep Research session that searches – sources and returns a fully cited report.
  3. Click any node in the auto-generated visual canvas to branch into a sub-topic — each branch inherits parent context so the AI builds on what it already knows.
  4. Upload your own sources (PDFs, web links, YouTube videos) and ask the AI to analyze them alongside web research.
  5. Pull key findings into the Notebook, format with headings and lists, and export your complete research as Markdown, PDF, or DOCX with all citations intact.

Core Features

  • Infinite Branching Knowledge Tree — Every research report can branch into sub-topics by clicking any canvas node, with each branch inheriting full parent context — nothing gets buried or lost as research deepens.
  • Deep Research Mode — Searches – web sources simultaneously, cross-references conflicting data, and writes a structured multi-section report with every claim linked to a verifiable citation.
  • Auto-Generated Visual Canvas — Every research session produces an interactive diagram with chart types (mind maps, flowcharts, timelines, SWOT) generated automatically from the report structure.
  • Context Inheritance Across Branches — Sub-pages created by branching inherit all parent research, so the AI doesn't re-start from scratch when you dig deeper into a topic.
  • Source Grounding — Upload PDFs, paste YouTube video links, or add web pages; Innogath ingests them and makes them available as grounded evidence for every follow-up conversation in the project.
  • Four Chat Modes — Auto selects the right depth automatically; Fast returns quick answers; Thinking applies step-by-step reasoning; Deep Research runs the full investigation pipeline.
  • Export & Notebook — Pull insights from any branch into a rich-text notebook, then export the complete research as Markdown, PDF, or DOCX with all citations preserved.

Use Cases

  • Academic Literature Review — Students and PhD researchers use Innogath to build branching literature maps where each source leads to deeper sub-branches, with all citations automatically trackable for papers.
  • Startup & Market Research — Founders conducting market sizing, competitive analysis, or GTM research use the branching structure to explore multiple angles simultaneously without losing earlier context.
  • Investment & Due Diligence Research — Analysts branch investor memos into market, competition, and financial sub-trees, each with its own cited report, keeping the full research chain navigable.
  • Journalist & Long-Form Content Research — Writers use Deep Research to investigate complex topics across + sources, then organize findings into a visual map before writing.
  • Personal Knowledge Building — Individuals exploring health decisions, historical events, or complex topics use Innogath to build a spatial, interconnected understanding rather than a pile of bookmarked links.
