Pulsetic RUM

Open Site

A real-user monitoring tool that shows how visitors actually experience a website, including page-load percentiles, Core Web Vitals, live traffic, and JavaScript or network errors. It is built for developers, SaaS teams, and agencies who need field performance data to diagnose regressions that synthetic uptime checks cannot reveal.

Product Information

What is Pulsetic RUM?

Pulsetic RUM measures website performance from real visitors’ browsers rather than simulated test locations. A lightweight asynchronous snippet reports page-load timings, Core Web Vitals, and JavaScript or failed-request errors to a dashboard. Teams can segment results by page, country, city, browser, device, operating system, and referrer to locate regressions affecting a particular audience. It also provides a live visitor view and an AI assistant for asking questions about monitoring data in natural language.

How to use Pulsetic RUM?

  1. Create a Pulsetic account and add the website or web app you want to monitor.
  2. Copy the asynchronous RUM tracking snippet from the dashboard and add it to the site.
  3. Wait for real visitor sessions to populate page-load and Core Web Vitals data.
  4. Use breakdowns to compare pages, locations, browsers, devices, and referrers.
  5. Inspect error details and ask the Pulsetic assistant about incidents or performance changes.

Core Features

  • • Real-user performance — Collect page-load timings and percentiles from visitors’ actual browsers.
  • • Core Web Vitals — Track LCP, CLS, INP, and FCP against field thresholds.
  • • JavaScript and request errors — Review exceptions and failed HTTP or network requests with affected pages.
  • • Audience breakdowns — Segment metrics by page, location, browser, operating system, device, and referrer.
  • • Live visitor view — See current traffic and the pages visitors are viewing.
  • • Lightweight installation — Add an asynchronous snippet and begin collecting data without synthetic-only assumptions.
  • • AI monitoring assistant — Query uptime, incidents, and visitor performance data in natural language.

Use Cases

  • • Release regression checks — See whether a deployment made real pages slower or introduced errors.
  • • Core Web Vitals improvement — Prioritize pages and user segments with poor field metrics.
  • • Checkout reliability — Find slow or failing flows that may appear healthy to basic uptime probes.
  • • Agency reporting — Compare visitor experience across client sites, regions, browsers, and devices.
